The doctors at the Centre Orthopédique d’Ouchy offer comprehensive medical care to all patients, regardless of their type of insurance: basic, semi-private or private.
Consultations at the Center are open to all patients and are subject to the same Tarmed pricing as in public institutions. Financing is covered by the mandatory basic insurance (LAMal).
Our partner, the Clinique Bois-Cerf, is recognized for all medical or surgical treatments performed on an outpatient basis, including radiology examinations and physiotherapy. Its rates are identical to those applied in all public hospitals in the canton of Vaud. Basic insurance is therefore sufficient for any outpatient treatment at the Clinique Bois-Cerf.
In the case of inpatient treatment, i.e. when a patient spends at least one night at the Clinique Bois-Cerf, it is now possible to be hospitalized with basic insurance, depending on the availability of a number of places allocated to the Centre Orthopédique d’Ouchy.
A complementary insurance for semi-private or private hospitalization gives direct access to inpatient care at the Clinique Bois-Cerf. The clinic has signed tariff agreements with almost all Swiss health and accident insurance companies.
