Dr. Pietro Aniello Laudato
Orthopedic surgeon and traumatology specialist
Spine surgery
Of Italian origin, Dr. Pietro Aniello Laudato studied medicine at the University of Geneva. He began his assistantship at the Monthey Hospital, where he took his first steps in orthopedics and traumatology and where he was very often confronted with traumatic injuries due to skiing. He specialized in orthopedics and traumatology at the CHUV. After completing his training, he became head of the spine team, dealing exclusively with spinal problems. In 2016, he became a senior physician at the CHUV and actively participated in the institutional project to create a multidisciplinary spinal surgery unit. He then worked closely with neurosurgeons. Building on these exchanges, he joined the Bois-Cerf and Medicol clinics in September 2018 to treat spinal pathologies.
