Les médecins du Centre Orthopédique d'Ouchy ont eu l’opportunité de découvrir les dernières avancées en rhumatologie à l’occasion du «Lunch Meeting», évènement organisé par Medicol qui a eu lieu le 25 juin dernier. Consacrée à la polymyalgie rhumatismale, cette session animée par le PD Dr Pascal Zufferey a abordé les enjeux du diagnostic, la prise en charge et les recommandations actuelles.
Your pain analysis
The functional assessment allows us to understand how a joint or postural imbalance can trigger or perpetuate pain. Very often, imaging is normal, but movement is disturbed. By analyzing gait, weight-bearing patterns, or posture, we identify the weak links in the chain and guide targeted treatment adapted to the patient's actual mechanics.
